GearBoxeS

Vroom Engineering has been repairing and rebuilding gearboxes for more than 30 years.  In 2016, we partnered with Rexnord Service Center to repair/rebuild Falk Gear Drives.  This union provides additional service choices for customers in the Southwest, with the assurance of OEM-quality repairs and Rexnord Authentic Falk Gear Parts.  We service everything from small mixer drives to 80-ton roll mill drives. We are capable of no-load or load testing.

PULLEYS

Vroom Engineering rebuilds heavy duty conveyor pulleys for mining and aggregate services, from small belt to multi-ton units.  Rebuilding and refurbishing all components including bearings and drive couplings.

MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY

Vroom Engineering offers a wide range of mechanical repair or rebuild:  Types of rebuilds include (but not limited to):  shaker screens, roller mills, roll presses, hydraulic clam shells, crushers, lube skids, pumps (large and small), mill pinions, thickener drives, and bucket elevators. During repair / rebuild, Vroom Engineers will perform a general failure and improvement analysis.  This allows us to offer our customers product improvement options.

CRUSHERS

Vroom Engineering repairs & rebuilds crusher components for mining and cement/aggregate industries.​Projects: pinion assembly, crushers, and top & bottom shells.
